Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Live-In Support Worker to provide dedicated in-home care for a client with complex needs. The role features a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off pattern and is built around a rolling live-in assignment with a stable client relationship.

You will work on a zero-hours contract, with consistent weekly shifts and planned rotas, delivering compassionate, person-centred support to help the client live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or similar settings preferred.
• Willingness to live-in with a client for extended periods.
• Comfort with assisting with personal care and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, one-to-one support in the client's home.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Support with moving and handling and daily household tasks.
• Encourage social activities and community engagement to promote independence.
