Family Nanny Role in Kensington

Our client, a lovely family living in Kensington with their two children and a small dog, is looking to employ a full-time, long-term, experienced Nanny for their 18-month-old child. The role also involves assisting with their 8-year-old when required. The position starts ASAP, with consideration for a temporary to permanent contract. The family will travel over the summer until September, when the children return to school.

If you are interested in a live-in position, please specify this when applying. Separate temporary accommodation is provided initially in Knightsbridge, with a suite during travel, and a serviced apartment in central London upon the family's return in September.

Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years of Nanny experience, proven longevity with previous families, and glowing references. The role involves working alongside another Nanny who typically works Monday to Wednesday. The appointed Nanny must be comfortable working weekends (not all weekends) and be flexible to travel occasionally during school holidays.

There is no requirement for housekeeping, laundry, or cooking, as these are handled by a Senior Housekeeper and Cook. However, the Nanny may be asked to heat meals if needed.

Working Schedule

• 5 days per week, with days off given back in lieu when traveling
• Every other Saturday, with a weekday off (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday)
• Working hours: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm, with occasional babysitting if pre-arranged
