Job summary

Radis is seeking an Experienced Live-in Complex Care worker to support a gentleman in his own home in Nottingham. The role requires living with the client from 4 weeks up to long term, around 10–12 hours of care daily with a 2-hour personal break.

You will provide day-to-day living support, including personal care, medication assistance, and household tasks, and accompany the gentleman to appointments and community activities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of care experience and live-in care experience.
• Experience with CPAP ventilation.
• Comprehensive training will be provided and support from Community Lead nurses.
• Driver required to attend appointments and assist socialisation.
• Ability to follow person-centred plans and communicate with family.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day living support including personal care, medication and household tasks.

• Assist with driving to appointments and social outings.
• Follow and update person-centred plans and communicate with family.
