Job summary

Clover Care Group is seeking a dedicated Live-in Complex Care Worker to support a client with a high-level spinal cord injury. The role involves 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off live-in shifts, with female staff preferred, to provide comprehensive complex care in the client’s home.

The successful candidate will have experience in complex care, be comfortable with Autonomic Dysreflexia, and able to manage catheter care, respiratory monitoring, and emergency situations while promoting dignity and

Qualifications

• Experienced in complex care
• Confident supporting clients with spinal cord injuries
• Ideally experienced with Autonomic Dysreflexia
• Comfortable with catheter care
• Strong communicator and team player

Responsibilities

• Provide live-in care on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota
• Support a client with high-level spinal cord injury and complex needs
• Monitor respiratory status and intervene as needed
• Follow an individualised care plan and document changes
• Maintain dignity, independence and quality of life for the client
