Job summary

Active Care Group in Bristol is seeking a Live-In Support Worker to help clients with spinal cord injuries live independently in their own homes. The role involves one-to-one care in the client’s home on live-in assignments.

You will provide personal care, support activities of daily living, monitor wellbeing, and coordinate with the care team. Flexible assignments typically 1–2 weeks on/off; zero-hours contract with ongoing placements.

Qualifications

• Experience in live-in or home care preferred; training provided where applicable.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting and manage time effectively.
• Eligible to work in the relevant location and able to complete necessary background checks.
