Job summary

HFH Healthcare Limited is seeking Live-In Complex Care Assistants to support individuals with complex healthcare needs in their own homes around Ashford (Kent). You will live in the client's home for an agreed period, delivering 1:1, person-centred care to help them live safely, independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or similar environment.
Experience supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
Patient-centred approach and professionalism.
Good observation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

Live in the client’s home for an agreed period and follow the care plan.
Provide 1:1, person-centred care to clients.
Support independence, dignity and safety in daily living.
Monitor client condition and escalate changes according to clinical guidance.
