Job summary

Qualifications
- Previous professional care experience.
- Friendly and caring attitude.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable with strong time management.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Medication administration experience welcomed.
- Health & Social Care qualifications desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in clients' homes.
- Build positive relationships with clients and families.
- Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks.
- Support mobility and moving and handling requirements.
- Prepare meals, snacks and drinks.
- Ensure medication is administered correctly.
- Help with household chores and laundry.
- Support clients with errands and appointments.
- Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home.
