Job summary
Medicare People Limited is seeking a dedicated Live-in Carer to support clients at home in Salfods and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care, assisting with daily living activities while promoting independence and comfort in clients’ own homes.

Qualifications
- Previous professional care experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a client's home.

Responsibilities
- Support clients to live independently in their own homes.
- Provide high-quality person-centred care.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance.
- Help with mobility and everyday activities.
- Prepare meals and support healthy hydration.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
- Complete shopping and other essential errands.
- Monitor changes in wellbeing and report concerns.
- Maintain clear and accurate care notes.
- Collaborate with families and the wider care team.
