Medicare People is seeking a kind and committed Live-in Carer in Faygate to support individuals who need assistance to live safely and independently at home. You will provide personalised one-to-one care that respects dignity, choice and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Care experience preferred and essential for compassionate home support.
• Good verbal and written communication for accurate records and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes with professional reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care in clients' homes.
• Support personal hygiene and grooming needs.
• Build positive relationships with clients.
• Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling.
• Prepare meals and support healthy eating.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Administer medication safely.
• Keep a tidy and safe home environment.
• Support with shopping and everyday errands.
• Monitor wellbeing and raise concerns when needed.
• Keep accurate daily records.
• Work closely with the wider care team.
