Job summary

Abicare is seeking a Live-in Care Professional to live with a client in their home, delivering personalised care and companionship in the South West of England and South Wales, including Swindon. This role covers personal care, meal prep, light duties and outings, with a focus on safety, independence and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months' live-in care experience, a full UK driving licence and strong communication skills.

Full Time – Live-in Care Professional

At Abicare, we're looking for experienced, compassionate people who genuinely want to make a difference.

As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll live with one client in their own home, providing personalised care, companionship and practical support to help them remain safe, independent and comfortable.

This is a rewarding role where you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships and deliver truly person-centred care, supporting clients with everything from personal care and medication to preparing meals, household tasks and accompanying them on outings or appointments.

We welcome applications from experienced Live-in Carers, Care Assistants, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Home Care Professionals.

We provide live-in care across the South West of England and South Wales, including Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Bournemouth, Southampton, Exeter, Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available; you must have permission to work in the UK.

About The Role

As a Live-in Care Professional, you'll provide high-quality care and support while living in your client's home during your placement.

Your role may include:

• Personal care

What we're looking for
