Job description

Libertatem is recruiting experienced Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care to clients with complex needs within their own homes.

Shift: 7 days per week. Minimum 2 weeks on shift.

You will live with your client in their home for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. You are required to stay in the property with your client at all times, except during your allocated daily break.

Supporting you

Being a Libertatem carer is about more than just caring; it’s about being good with people, gaining trust from clients and their families. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we offer online and classroom training in complex care needs, as well as the opportunity to study for a relevant NVQ.

You may work alone or as part of a team, and support more than one client if you wish and have the availability. You’ll meet your client and their family before starting, with ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager. You’ll also have access to our ‘Carer App’ for insights and information. We provide all you need to succeed in this rewarding role.
