Job description

Shift: 7 days per week. Minimum 2 weeks on shift.

Libertatem is recruiting experienced Live-In Carers to provide person-focused care to clients with complex needs within their own homes.

You will live with your client in their home and stay for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time. Your presence is required at all times, except during your allocated daily break.

Being a Libertatem carer is about caring and being good with people—building trust with clients and their families. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we offer online and classroom training in complex care needs, along with opportunities to study for a relevant NVQ.

You may work alone or as part of a team, and if available, you can support multiple clients. Before starting, you'll meet your client and their family. You’ll have ongoing support from a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager, and access to our ‘Carer App’ for insights and information. We provide all you need for a rewarding role.
