Bluebird Care Essex and Redbridge is seeking Live-In Care Assistants to join our team. You’ll support customers in their own homes, delivering personal care and companionship while encouraging independence and dignity.

We offer comprehensive training, DBS checks, flexible placements including two weeks on/off, and a supportive team. This role suits caring, dependable individuals who want a meaningful career in home care.

Qualifikationen

• The right to work in the UK.
• Calm, compassionate attitude with a patient approach.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions precisely.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs.
• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing and dressing).
• Support with hydration and nutrition.
• Safely support with medication, including prompting and administering.
• Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and cleaning.
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all customers.
• Flexibility for two weeks on/off or one week on/off arrangements.
