Job summary

Bluebird Care Bromley is seeking Live-in Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling independence and safety. Positions cover South East London and North West Kent with ongoing placements and a clear path to formal qualifications (L2/L3/L5 in Health & Social Care).

DBS checks and ongoing training are provided. We offer competitive pay per day, paid annual leave, a company pension, private medical insurance, and a supportive, career-oriented team.

  • from £124.10 per day for a single person of low-moderate dependency, increasing with complexity.
  • up to £166.25 per day for a high dependency couple

What does this work entail?

Our Live-in carers live with their customers in a spare bedroom. Placements can vary in length though most people work on a rotational basis: This can be discussed at interview stage. We do not offer placements shorter than 1 full week at a time.

Every customer will have a care plan which will include personal care, food prep, medication, shopping, housework, and social support; however, our primary objective is to help them get the most out of life!
