Job summary

Bluebird Care Oxford is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Assistant to support clients in Oxford and surrounding areas. You will live with the customer, delivering care to enable independence, dignity and companionship in familiar surroundings.

We provide expert training, flexible shift patterns, and ongoing career development. A strong team environment and 24/7 support are available to ensure high-quality home care delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not necessary; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person’s needs.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medications, prescriptions and safe disposal.
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and cleaning.
• Be a dependable, friendly, familiar face for all customers.
