We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in North Devon and Exmoor area as a Live-In Care Professional. As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them stay independent in their own home.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life.
• Follow the client’s house rules and respect their need for privacy, as you will be staying in their home.
• Document daily activities and report any changes or concerns in the client’s needs or living conditions, especially if you are the only person the client sees over a period.
• Know when to seek help and advice to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff.
• Stimulate and encourage clients through activities like clothing selection, hobbies, and crafts.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.
