Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is expanding its Kingsley Homecare division and is seeking compassionate Live-In Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is a full-time live-in role with immediate opportunities. We cover travel costs for training and welcome applicants with or without prior domiciliary care experience.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and mobility support.
• Manage medications and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor health and report changes to medical professionals or family.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities to reduce loneliness.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and outings.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and client condition.
