Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is recruiting compassionate Live-In Care Assistants to provide vital support to clients in their own homes across Norfolk and Suffolk. Qualifications

• Caring, patient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Previous carer experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Medication management and monitoring
• Health monitoring and reporting changes to professionals or family
• Meal preparation according to dietary needs
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
• Provide companionship and reduce loneliness
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings
• Maintain accurate care documentation and records
• Respond calmly in emergencies and seek help as needed
