Job summary

Agincare Live In Management Services is seeking caring individuals to join our live-in carer team across the UK. You will provide companionship, personal care, meal prep and household support, helping clients live dignified, comfortable lives at home.

Two-week minimum placements, accommodation and meals provided, private room, access to training and benefits such as pension and on-demand pay. Travel across regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
• Reliable, compassionate and dedicated to helping clients thrive.
• Right to work in the UK for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation and a friendly presence.
• Assist with washing, dressing and oral care.
• Help with meals, cooking and balanced nutrition.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain a safe home.
• Support safe mobility and independent living.
• Encourage client participation in community activities.

The ideal person will:

• Be able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time
• A kind , compassionate individual who is passionate about helping others thrive
• Have a minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK

Your responsibilities may include:

• Offering companionship and support , sharing a cup of tea, a chat, and being a friendly face.
• Assisting with their washing, dressing, and oral care
• Helping with meal preparation, cooking and creating a balanced, nutritious diet
• Light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible
• Helping clients to engage in the community with trips out, hobbies, and outings

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC:

• Live-in placements are a minimum of 2 weeks, with flexibility on both sides
• Accommodation and food allowance provided
• You’ll have your own private room and access to WiFi
