Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Live-In Carer to provide essential support to clients in their homes across the South West and beyond. The role involves personal care, companionship, and assisting clients in leading independent lives. Ideal candidates are compassionate and willing to commit to placements of at least two weeks.

Candidates must be female due to the nature of the work and have a right to work in the UK for at least 12 months. Great perks include training opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients.

How you'll make a difference:

As a Live‑In Carer, you’ll support clients in their own homes seven days a week, helping them live independently while staying connected to their community and routine. Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship – offering support, conversation, and engagement
• Personal care – assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care
• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Mobility support – helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible
• Social activities – supporting trips out, hobbies, and outings

Where you’ll be working:

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC: CQC Rating

Additional information:

• Live‑in placements are a minimum of 2 weeks, with flexibility on both sides
