Job summary

Bluebird Care in Bristol is looking for a Live-in Care Assistant to provide personal support to customers in their homes. You'll help with daily tasks, ensuring dignity and independence. This role offers expert training, accommodation, and paid breaks.

The ideal candidate will possess a caring nature and at least 1 year of live-in care experience in the UK. Work involves assisting with personal care, managing household tasks, and supporting community connections.

Live-in Care Assistant

Location: Bristol.

Salary: £800 to £1050. Expert training provided. Live-in role with paid breaks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage medication and prepare meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
