Cuffe and Taylor is seeking a proactive Ticketing Coordinator to maximise ticket sales and manage inventory for live events in Preston and at festivals. You will liaise with promoters, venues and ticket agents, configure event details, and monitor sales across platforms.

The role requires strong numeracy, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication; you will work evenings/weekends as events occur and help ensure accurate ticketing across all reports and setups.

Formación

• Experience in live event ticketing in box office or promoter environments.
• Strong numeracy with attention to detail; proficient in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication up to executive level.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with promoters, venues, ticket agents to manage event ticketing.
• Configure event details: manifests, seating, price structures, holds and allocations.
• Administer events in Halo and monitor sales to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and manage ticket offers.
• Produce biweekly sales reports and handle pre-event ticketing tasks.
• Work on-site at outdoor events including weekends/evenings.
• Finalize shows and identify improvement opportunities for the team.
