Job summary

Live-Recruitment is seeking a Live Events Technical Project Manager to coordinate complex productions from brief to showtime. Office based 5 days initially, 4 days after probation, with arena tours, festivals and large-scale installations.

You will liaise with clients and the creative team, create technical plans, build quotations, manage budgets and produce safety documentation. Site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• You will already have solid grounding across the live events and touring world.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and the creative team across tours and installations.
• Create technical plans and provide detailed show information.
• Build quotations and negotiate pricing with clients and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets end to end.
• Produce and distribute safety documentation for each event.
• Coordinate with the internal tech team to meet client expectations.
• Attend sites locally and internationally to build client relationships.
