Job summary

DNA Recruit is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a live events production partner in the UK. The role is hands-on and end-to-end, owning projects from concept through delivery and coordinating clients, internal teams and technical crews on-site to ensure top-tier creative and commercial outcomes.

You'll shape technical solutions, manage budgets and timelines, produce proposals and technical documentation, and oversee lighting, audio and video specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong technical grounding in live event disciplines and the ability to translate client briefs into viable technical solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering live event technical solutions across lighting, audio, and video.
• Ability to produce technical drawings, specifications, and H&S documentation.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and rental/project management systems.
• Commercial awareness with budget and pricing control.
• Excellent client-facing communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and translate them into viable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts and delivery approaches.
• Build and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics plans.
• Produce detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
