Event Concept in London seeks a multi-disciplinary Technical Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of projects, reporting to our Head of Production. You’ll quote, specify and deliver on budget and on time, working with teams of all sizes across the event cycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a technical live events role.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems.
• Experience delivering conferences and private events.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical planning and quotations with teams.
• Coordinate between Technical, Production, Operations and Warehouse teams.
• Produce equipment lists and technical plans.
• Monitor budgets and ensure margins.
• Create H&S documentation for events.
• Represent the company at site meetings.
• Oversee on-site technical crew and equipment.
