Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Crew member for Vaillant Live in Derby. You will support the seamless delivery of events by preparing, configuring, and maintaining operational setups, contributing to safe, high-quality experiences for concerts, conferences, and more.

Join our casual crew to work across load-in/out, staging, seating, and venue changes, with flexible shifts, fortnightly pay, and opportunities to grow within Legends Global.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with professional interaction.
• Good physical fitness for manual handling and setup tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced events environment.
• Respect for health and safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for concerts, exhibitions, and events across load-in, show day, and load-out activities.
• Build, dismantle, and configure event infrastructure including staging, seating, barriers and walls.
• Assist with venue changeovers and overnight reconfigurations for upcoming events.
• Support with loading/unloading trucks, handling flight cases, rigging, and rigging/derigging lighting and sound equipment.
• Follow crew supervisors' instructions and comply with health and safety guidelines.
