Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the delivery, movement, setup and breakdown of infrastructure, furniture and equipment across the Silverstone estate. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality logistical solutions during events.

You will assist with event setup, live operations and breakdown, ensuring safety and efficiency. A flexible, proactive approach and full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, events, facilities or similar operational role desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and breakdown of all events as directed.
• Safely move, distribute and position furniture, catering equipment, event infrastructure, stock and other assets across the Silverstone estate.
• Ensure equipment and inventory is delivered and set up correctly and on time.
• Assist with live event operations and respond to logistical requirements during events.
• Keep front and back of house areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Complete allocated daily tasks to required standards and have them signed off by the supervisor.
