Job summary

Live-Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Production Manager to lead large-scale live entertainment projects across the UK and internationally, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership. You will oversee planning, coordination and delivery from concept through to live installation, with a strong focus on quality and safe delivery.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the Kent studio) within a close-knit, collaborative team, and a clear path for progression as the business

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering complex live event productions, staging projects or large-scale temporary structures.
Proven leadership and people management skills in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing production budgets, logistics and supplier relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally.
Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale live event, touring and installation projects.
Lead on-site builds, temporary structures and production load-ins across the UK and internationally.
Coordinate lighting, audio, video, rigging and special effects.
Manage budgets, costings and commercial performance.
Plan logistics, staffing, freight schedules and equipment across concurrent projects.
Produce production schedules, RAMS and method statements.
Build strong relationships with clients, venues, suppliers and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive improvements to processes, workflows and delivery systems.
Lead on-site teams focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
