Job summary

NEP is seeking an Electronic Service Engineer (Fixed Term) to inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain AV and LED display equipment within Creative Technology’s rental inventory. The role collaborates with Operations and Technical teams to keep equipment reliable, safe and ready for upcoming projects.

You will perform electrical safety testing, system calibration, and firmware updates while supporting field repairs and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose electrical faults on AV equipment and LED displays.
• Experience with three-phase power systems is desirable.
• Competent in soldering and PCB fault tracing; familiar with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, fault find and repair LED displays and professional AV equipment.
• Perform board and component level repairs including soldering and hot air rework.
• Maintain power distribution systems and perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Carry out firmware updates and calibration; ensure equipment is project-ready.
