Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd seeks a structured Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of minor works and capital projects across Filton, Bristol, and Newport. You will manage end-to-end delivery from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule compliance in live environments.

The role requires CDM 2015, SMSTS/SSSTS, and a solid background in building services or facilities management, with travel between sites on a weekly basis.

Qualifikationen

• UK Security Clearance eligibility for Newport site.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering multiple live-site projects.
• Understanding of building services (HVAC/electrical) and fabric works.

Aufgaben

• Liase with internal clients, facility managers, and site teams to minimize disruption.
• Manage project finances: scope, tendering, budgets, changes, final accounts.
• Supervise external consultants and main/ subcontractors with safety and quality control.
• Oversee site safety files, RAMS, permits to work, and site inductions.
• Juggle 10–20 fast-turnaround projects across 2 sites.
