Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking a Minor Works Project Manager to lead small-to-medium construction and facilities projects across Filton, Bristol and Newport.

The role is hands-on across planning, design, procurement, construction and completion, with projects typically up to £100,000 and travel between sites. You should have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong construction project management skills, and a good grasp of health, safety, and CDM

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing minor works and construction projects.
• Experience coordinating planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple minor works and construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Control budgets, costs, tendering, change control and final accounts.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with safe practices.
• Review RAMS, permits to work and safety documentation.
• Collaborate with facilities teams and stakeholders to minimise live-site disruption.
• Provide regular progress updates, risks, and programme reports.
• Travel between Filton and Newport as required.
