Job summary

Eden Brown is recruiting an M&E Project Manager for live data centre projects on client-side teams in the Birmingham area. You will oversee M&E upgrades and retrofits on site, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets align with business goals.

The role requires strong data centre experience, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a focus on safety and program delivery. On-site work in a busy data centre with opportunities to optimise systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires MEP background with data centre live-site experience.
• Proven project management ability across electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Excellent communication and risk management skills.
• Able to report blockers and progress weekly to senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Project management and oversight of build/retrofit activities for data centre upgrades.
• Review project scope, timelines, budgets, and drive efficiencies in delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality turnovers and safety.
