Job summary

Boden Group in Greater London is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a high-stakes data centre project, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery on a live construction site.

You will manage day-to-day M&E site operations, coordinate subcontractors, monitor RAMS and safety, and report progress to the Project Manager. A proven track record on data centre builds and recognised qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading M&E site operations on live data centre projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors in fast-paced builds.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building services and safety RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day M&E site operations on a live data centre project.
• Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
• Ensure works align with programme, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor health & safety compliance, carry out site inspections and ensure RAMS are followed.
• Chair site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
