Corclaim, part of the Ampa Group, is recruiting for its Debt and Asset Recovery team in the Birmingham area. We offer a competitive salary with private medical, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, a birthday bonus day off, and a supportive, autonomous working culture.

Hybrid working (3 days per week) is available at our Stratford-upon-Avon/Birmingham office. You will train to manage your own caseload, handle client liaison, and thrive in a busy, telephone-focused role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ administration experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
• Competency with IT systems to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in debt or asset recovery is advantageous.
• Experience running your own caseload or using a case management system is ideal.
• Ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships.
• Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to produce high standard of work with accuracy under pressure.
• Flexibility, initiative and confidence in your own ability.

Responsibilities

• In this role we will train you up to manage your own caseload. It’s varied and busy with opportunities to engage in client liaison.
• You’ll need to enjoy telephone work and juggling a busy day; previous collections experience helps but isn’t essential if you have strong customer service.
