Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join the Bromsgrove office. The role suits a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a Solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE, offering exposure to civil litigation, employment law and dispute resolution while managing your own caseload.

You will advise on a broad range of contentious matters, develop client relationships, and collaborate with the wider legal team in a supportive environment with on-site parking and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor, ideally NQ to 2 years' PQE.
• Experience in litigation, civil litigation, employment law and/or dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and client-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to client service.
• Adherence to compliance requirements and internal procedures.
