G2 Legal Limited in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Lichfield. You will manage your own caseload across civil and commercial disputes and provide clear advice to clients.

The role requires strong client communication, relationship building and the ability to work independently. You’ll also support junior fee earners, contribute to business development and help identify opportunities to grow client relationships, with a view to career

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
• Qualified solicitor with proven client communication skills.
• Strong organisational and case management abilities.
• Commercial and proactive approach; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across civil and commercial disputes.
• Advise clients on disputes including boundary/property, landlord/tenant and contract matters.
• Support junior fee earners and contribute to team performance.
• Handle cost management, billing and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development.
