Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are recruiting for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a growing legal team in Gloucester. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution, advising on a range of contentious matters and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in litigation, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to business development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE in litigation.
• Experience managing a varied contentious caseload and handling matters independently.
• Exposure to landlord and tenant disputes, probate, contract disputes or property litigation.

Responsibilities

• Managing own caseload from instruction to resolution with commercially focused advice.
• Advising on residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• Handling probate, contract disputes, property litigation and company/shareholder disputes.
• Developing client relationships and contributing to business development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support team growth.
