Job summary

G2 Legal Limited seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Associate with 3-6 years' PQE to handle a broad range of commercial disputes for SMEs and owner-managed businesses. You will work alongside senior lawyers, develop your own client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution team.

You'll manage a varied caseload, advise on contractual and civil disputes, draft pleadings, and support on larger matters.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Experience handling a broad commercial litigation caseload.
• Direct client responsibility and managing own files.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation.
• Advising clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Advise on contractual, partnership and shareholder disputes.
• Manage a varied caseload including property and construction disputes where applicable.
• Assist on larger, more complex litigation from instruction to resolution.
• Develop client relationships and participate in networking/business development.
