Job summary

Chadwick Nott is assisting a Legal 500-ranked firm in Bournemouth to recruit an experienced Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its Litigation & Recoveries team. You will manage defended litigation and asset recovery for lenders and commercial clients, drafting pleadings and advising on strategy.

The role offers part-time, hybrid working with flexible hours, a competitive salary, 25 days’ holiday (plus your birthday off) and ongoing training and development within a modern firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PQE in litigation.
• Strong background in Consumer Credit Asset Finance and defended litigation matters.
• Confident managing files independently and communicating with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters from pre-issue to enforcement.
• Act on behalf of lenders and commercial clients in debt and asset recovery.
• Draft pleadings, evidence and court documents.
• Advise on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Support client reporting and respond to new enquiries.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
