Job summary

OnlyLaw is seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our Housing Disrepair Litigation team in London. You will lead and grow the department, collaborating with senior management to meet key metrics and deliver exceptional client care.

You will manage a varied caseload, act as the main contact for clients, and support team members in casework and best practices. Target-driven with flexibility for supplemental pay. Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in litigation matters.
• Growth mindset and willingness to help grow our claims and litigation division.
• Experience with Pro Claim System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for a range of clients.
• Manage a varied caseload covering litigation and claims matters.
• Provide support and learning to fellow team members on casework and best practices.
• Ensure monthly revenue targets and performance updates are met for your clients.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: £60,000.00-75,000 per year +Bonus Up to £15,000 per annum based on billings

We are expanding our Housing Claims Department and other litigation matters so someone who is able to handle such matters and is looking for an opportunity to grow is welcome to apply.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and building the department and working closely and in collaboration with senior management to meet key metrics and targets, whilst delivering exceptional client care.

Your main responsibilities will include.

• Act as a main point of contact for a range of clients.
• Experience with Pro Claim System is a plus.
• Manage a varied caseload covering various litigation and claim matters.
• Provide support and learning to fellow team members in all queries regarding casework and best practice
• Ensuring the overall development and monthly revenue targets are met for your clients
• Meet expected performance updates, targets and revenue forecast
