A successful legal firm in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive with Credit Hire experience. You will manage your own litigated caseload from pre-litigation to trial, benefitting from a modern, tech-led infrastructure. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Credit Hire Litigation.
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Litigation Executive.
• Strong technical knowledge of litigation and credit hire claims.
• Confident in running files independently.
• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.
