Job summary

G2Legal seeks an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for a busy Bognor Regis practice. You will manage a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, handling contracts, probate, tenancy, and professional negligence matters.

You will work autonomously within a friendly, supportive team, delivering clear, practical advice to clients and contributing to department growth in a coastal West Sussex location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in civil litigation.
• Experience managing files with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution.
• Confident providing clear, practical and jargon-free advice to clients.
• Proactive, commercially aware and keen to contribute to departmental growth.

Responsibilities

• Run your own varied civil and commercial litigation caseload.
• Handle contract and commercial disputes and contentieux probate.
• Manage neighbour and property disputes and professional negligence claims.
• Oversee landlord and tenant litigation and ADR processes.
• Work with an approachable, collaborative team and maintain autonomy.

Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive

2+ PQE | Civil Litigation | Bognor Regis, West Sussex

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a friendly, well‑established and supportive law firm based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

This role offers the chance to manage a broad and interesting civil litigation caseload, with genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the litigation department.

The Role

You will be responsible for running your own varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, to include:

• Contract and commercial disputes
• Contentious probate
• Neighbour and property disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Landlord & Tenant litigation

Matters are handled across a range of forums including:

• County Court proceedings
• Tribunals
• Arbitration
• Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

You will have autonomy in your role while being supported by an approachable and collaborative team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation
