Job summary

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a leading US law firm in London. This hands-on role supports matters from the outset through trial, arbitration, or investigation, handling document production, research and drafting as part of a high-caliber team.

The ideal candidate will know High Court filings and Civil Procedure Rules; LPC or SQE is preferred, though substantial relevant experience is considered. You’ll liaise with clients, experts, and counsel throughout proceedings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of High Court filings and the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Strong litigation experience with a genuinely hands-on role from outset to trial/arbitration/investigation.
• LPC or SQE completed preferred; substantial relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Managing document production and case materials
• Conducting substantive legal and factual research
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents
• Preparing exhibits, appendices and hearing/trial bundles
• Analysing documents, proofreading and checking legal citations
• Supporting witness statements, interviews and witness preparation
• Assisting with trial and hearing preparation
• Liaising with clients, experts, consultants, opposing counsel and court personnel
