Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defender matters.
• Ability to handle high-volume work and third-party claims.
• Start-to-finish litigation experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload end-to-end through the case management system.
• Draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Review evidence and prepare cases for court presentation by solicitors and advocates.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
