Job summary

The Law Support Group in London is seeking a driven Paralegal to support a growing Litigation team within a leading US law firm. The role is permanent and hybrid, with exposure to high-quality work and client interaction.

Responsibilities include legal research, document management, witness statements, trial preparation support, and liaising with witnesses, clients, and court personnel. The successful candidate will have strong academics and previous litigatory paralegal experience, with

Qualifications

• Gained experience in a litigatory paralegal role within a law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of High Court filing and Civil Procedure Rules is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing document production processes and case management regarding documents.
• Collecting materials from clients and third parties, tracking and progressing, as necessary.
• Performing legal and factual research.
• Analysing and proofreading documents; checking legal cites.
• Compiling bundles and appendices.
• Preparing witness statements and interviews.
• Supporting trial and hearing preparation.
• Communicating with witnesses, experts, clients, and court personnel.
• Assisting with BD and marketing materials.
• Managing the know-how system.
