Job summary

Linklaters is seeking a Paralegal / Support Lawyer to support its Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations practice in London. This role involves hands-on support across all stages of matter delivery, including document review, bundle preparation, hearing and trial preparation, chronology creation and matter management.

You will typically have 2+ years of paralegal experience at a large law firm, be proficient in MS Office, and may bring experience with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years paralegal experience at a large law firm.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with document review or eDiscovery platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day paralegal support on litigation, arbitration and investigations matters.
• Conduct document review exercises and assist with disclosure and evidence management processes.
• Prepare hearing, trial and arbitration bundles, both electronic and hard copy.
• Draft and maintain chronologies, witness files and other matter management materials.
• Assist with trial, hearing and witness interview preparation.
• Undertake legal research and prepare summaries of findings.
• Manage and organise matter documentation, including indexing, filing, archiving and data room administration.
• Review and redact documents using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with client and matter requirements.
