Our client is a multi-faceted firm that has been successfully growing its general civil litigation team this year. Due to this growth, they now seek to hire a Paralegal for the team. They have a talented group of legal professionals with extensive experience in their fields.

For this role, the client is willing to train from scratch, but candidates should have at least 6 months' experience at a law firm, working on case management systems, following processes, and dealing with clients.

This is an exciting, fast-paced role working for a fantastic and rapidly growing firm.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and managing client communications and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage schedules.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of litigation-related legal issues and assist in drafting correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of processes and requirements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including word processing and data entry, to support legal operations.

The successful Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing will possess:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent keyboard and word processing skills.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Candidates must be positive, proactive, and driven to learn.
