Paralegal Position in Civil Litigation

An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our team, dealing with a range of Civil Litigation work closely with our Litigation Partner Mark Newby.

The position offers experience in:

• Boundary Claims
• Company and Commercial Litigation
• Debt Recovery Work
• Inquest Work
• Professional Negligence Cases
• Property Cases
• Tolata Claims

While this role is primarily a Dispute Resolution appointment, we also work in Family Law and Criminal Law, which may provide additional related litigation experience. We have extensive experience acting in complex and high-profile cases both locally and nationally, including cases up to and including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.

We are seeking a motivated individual eager to develop a career as a litigator.

You will be:

• Confident, with the ability to, for example, encourage debtors by telephone to make payments or advocate strongly for clients in debt recovery work

• Possess excellent IT and communication skills to promote the firm and support clients effectively

Proposed starting salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. All other terms will be discussed and agreed with the suitable candidate.
