Your Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a paralegal within our Leeds Employment team. You’ll be supporting colleagues with a focus on contentious Employment Tribunal work, predominantly cases funded by Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI).
LEI is a dedicated area within our Leeds team, allowing you to work closely with colleagues doing similar work and be part of the wider Leeds and Northern team. The cases are varied, including Claimant and Respondent claims, multi-party, high-value, dismissal, discrimination, or wages claims. You’ll receive supervision and support from solicitors in the team. Working with colleagues and having direct client contact will help you develop expertise in employment litigation and enhance your communication, organization, teamwork, and efficiency skills.
This busy role offers numerous opportunities for professional development and a chance to contribute significantly to our LEI team’s excellent service delivery.
If this sounds like you, we look forward to your application.
