Job description

Our client has a very good reputation and have been established for many years, they combine traditional values with a modern approach and are seeking a dispute resolution solicitor or legal executive to manage a caseload of litigious matters.

You will be joining a small team of fee earners with secretarial support covering a variety of cases to include commercial and civil matters to include contract disputes, property both Landlord and Tennant, professional negligence, debt recovery and disputed wills.

You will be someone able to negotiate settlements, liaise effectively, be confident in court and instruct counsel when necessary. You will be happy to attend industry events and become more visible to generate and develop your network.
